CBT Children's Emotion Worksheet Series: Basic Worksheet for Identifying the Emotion

I have posted a series of simple CBT worksheets on dealing with upsetting emotions. Here is the most basic worksheet, which is designed to enable children to reflect on their experience and describe it.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Upsetting Emotions

Many children are much more likely to describe how they feel when they are allowed to draw a picture.  This worksheet provides a simple format for children to describe an upsetting experience.

Older children and children with second grade or above reading ability will benefit from the other sets of worksheets in this series.
